The key to making the correct diagnosis is having the right tools to measure pathology. Dr. Scott Tamura is one of the few Southern California dentists who has made the investment to purchase and learn how to interpret the data from the Myotronics K7 Computer Diagnostic System.

There are three parts to this State of the Art, High Tech Computer System.

(1) Sonography
Measure pathology in your jaw joints which manifests itself as Popping or Clicking of the jaw joints.

(2) EMG’s
Measures the muscle activity of the muscles of the head and the neck.

(3) Jaw Tracking
Quantifies movements of the jaws using “Magnetic Spatial Location.”
